In any case if your parcel may returned to us due to following reasons, we will require you to pay a re-shipping charge to dispatch your parcel again no matter the product quantity.
- Unclaimed - Parcels weren’t claimed from local post office during the allotted time;
- Incorrect address - recipient incorrectly input a wrong address;
- Refused or Rejected - customs tax, import tax or extra clearance fees not settled by the recipient (if required).
Track and Sign Service
Once we’ve dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your order’s journey by visiting relevant website.
Signature Required
As we provide a tracked and sign delivery service, the majority of our orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping date
Once your order is confirmed, it will be ship out within 1-2 working days from Monday to Friday
